CGC Launches RADAR™ ClimaPlus™ Open Plan and OLYMPIA MICRO™ ClimaPlus™ HRC Ceiling Panels
Expanded Ceilings Offering Provides Exciting New Options to the
Design Community
Mississauga, Ontario -- June 27, 2012 -- CGC Inc. has announced
the launch of both RADAR™ ClimaPlus™ Open Plan and OLYMPIA MICRO™
ClimaPlus™ HRC ceiling panels, two exciting new additions to an
already extensive panel offering. RADAR™ ClimaPlus™ Open Plan
provides excellent sound performance for open plan offices, while
OLYMPIA MICRO™ ClimaPlus™ HRC ceiling panels provide high recycled
content for LEED projects.
RADAR™ ClimaPlus™ Open Plan provides a Noise Reduction
Coefficient (NRC) of .75 and Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) of 35.
The product is designed for open plan offices where sound
absorption is desired and budget is a concern. With a
non-directional face pattern, RADAR™ ClimaPlus™ Open Plan ceiling
panels feature a fresh, clean appearance that will resist sagging.
The panels are available in a variety of sizes that will install
quickly and also feature ClimaPlus™ Superior Performance, which
means they contain a patented broad-spectrum antimicrobial standard
formulation that inhibits and retards the growth of mould and
mildew.
RADAR™ ClimaPlus™ Open Plan is classified as a High Recycled
Content (HRC) product with recycled content of 51%
OLYMPIA MICRO™ ClimaPlus™ HRC ceiling panels are the newest
addition to the portfolio of HRC panels CGC has to offer. OLYMPIA
MICRO™ ClimaPlus™ HRC panels have recycled content of 54.5% and
provide a 30-year lifetime system warranty when used with a
DONN® Brand suspension system. These panels have a
smooth face with micro perforations that aid in sound absorption,
but are less visible than standard perforations.
