What CGC product offers
the best abuse resistance?
Rock Face ClimaPlus™, a specially compounded, granular-textured
surface, can withstand extreme abuse, temperature, and humidity.
Our Touchstone ceiling panels is also abuse resistant.
Can any CGC ceiling panel
deflect damage caused by objects projected at it?
Rock Face ClimaPlus™ is the most abuse resistant ceiling product on
the market, and can withstand the abuse of objects toss against the
tile. While no ceiling product is absolutely invincible, Rock Face
panels are suitable for most abuse. Other CGC ceiling panels
with excellent durability include Sandrift, Frost, Glacier™, and
"F" Fissured.
Does CGC offer
USDA-approved ceiling panels for food preparation
areas?
CGC has several products that meet USDA/FSIS requirements for food
processing. Consider SHEETROCK® Brand Gypsum Lay-In
Panels-ClimaPlus™, or SHEETROCK® Brand Gypsum Lay-In Panels-Clean
Room™ ClimaPlus™.
Does CGC offer ceiling
panels that won't sag in humid areas such as in locker rooms or
near swimming pools? What about in normally humid climates or where
HVAC systems are intermittent?
All CGC ClimaPlus™ products are designed to withstand fluctuating
climatic conditions. Panels such as Radar Ceramic ClimaPlus™ are
ideal for these areas and are formulated to withstand a maximum of
104°F (40°C)/100% relative humidity without visible sagging,
