CGC Earns Great Place to Work® Certification for 2nd Consecutive Year

This recognition highlights CGC’s commitment to great employer guided by its people, purpose and core values.Certification™ is based entirely on what employees report about their workplace experience, specifically how consistently they experience it as high‑trust. This year, 80 percent of employees who completed the survey said CGC is “a great place to work”. This is an increase of two percent from the year prior, and more than 20 percent higher than the average company in Canada.CGC is deeply committed to values of safety, innovation and sustainability, fostering a culture that empowers employees through professional development, collaboration and meaningful opportunities to grow.   • 89% agreed, “People here are treated fairly regardless of their race.”
